“Affogato” with Peppermint Patrick

Here’s how to make it:

• Add 3 small scoops of vanilla ice cream to a cup.
• Drizzle 2oz of Peppermint Patrick over the ice cream.
• Pour 3oz of espresso or a dark roast coffee over the ice cream.
• Garnish with chocolate shavings. I added edible gold flakes for an extra touch.
• Serve with a spoon.
