Jeremiah Clark

CEO, President

Jeremiah is one of two brothers (Joshua) that own and operate the distillery. He was an entrepreneur from a young age, starting his first retail business at the age of 15 and has worked in the food and beverage industry throughout his adult life. He discovered a passion for distilling after years of home brewing. When early distilling processes stopped meeting his expectations, he knew he had to move up to the next level.

Jeremiah has lived in many places throughout Canada, but he currently resides in the Saint John River Valley with his wife and son.

Jeremiah aspires to positive change in his community and is committed to this goal long term.

Josh Clark

COO, Vice-President

Born and raised in the river valley, Joshua has been in the restaurant business for over 17 years.

Graduating from the Hospitality & Culinary Management program at NBCC St. Andrews in the early 00’s, Joshua has worked in a variety of restaurants which has woven him into the hospitality fabric of New Brunswick.

Mathieu Collin, MBA


Mathieu Collin hails from the town of Edmundston in northwest New Brunswick, Canada. He adds an element of strategy, innovation, and numbers to our leadership team, and he is an integral part of our growing company.

Mathieu is bilingual with 11+ years of combined experience in accounting, banking, finance, entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, business development, and the public sector. He is an accredited holder of an MBA degree with Innovation leadership as a specialization from the University of Fredericton. He was recognized as one of Atlantic Canada’s 30 under 30 Innovators by Atlantic Business Magazine in 2020.

Mathieu also volunteers on a few non-profit boards, provides business mentorship, and currently resides in Fredericton, New Brunswick, with his wife and two little boys.
