“Affogato” with Peppermint Patrick
Here’s how to make it:
- Add 3 small scoops of vanilla ice cream to a cup.
- Drizzle 2oz of Peppermint Patrick over the ice cream.
- Pour 3oz of espresso or a dark roast coffee over the ice cream.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings. I added edible gold flakes for an extra touch.
- Serve with a spoon.
