Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective liquor products must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. If you do wish to return an item, please complete the Refund/Returns Survey HERE.  In addition, we do not offer returns for change of mind circumstances.

The Moonshine Creek Distillery Quality Assurance Department is committed to ensuring the highest quality beverage alcohol products are available to our customers. All products sold and processes at our location are laboratory tested before being available to the public. With continuous testing, products are continually monitored by our chemist even after they reach our consumers. By bringing a problem to our attention, you are assisting Moonshine Creek Distillery in maintaining these high standards.

If you feel you have purchased a defective product from us, you may complete the refund/return survey to send a request to our distillery for a full refund. The Quality Assurance Team, including our chemist, will collect the relevant information to investigate the product quality concern if necessary. If the problem is determined to be serious, the MCD Quality Assurance Department, in consultation with our chemist, may issue a full refund of the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the distillery until the survey is completed and a confirmation email is sent to you directly.


Once your return is received and inspected by our team/chemist, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
