This Star Wars inspired Tiki cocktail is called the “Wookiee Wowza!”

- .5oz fresh lime juice
- 1oz barrel aged maple syrup - 3oz AJ Violette’sRhum
- 2 fresh passion fruits juice with 2oz club soda
- Put all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake for 5 seconds, strain into a Tiki mug filled with crushed ice, add a couple drops of aromatic bitters.
- Garnish with star fruit (Star Wars 😉 ) and use one half of an empty passion fruit rind, add High Test (overproof spirit) ignite, and sprinkle cinnamon onto it.

Pinkish Ginny is back and better than ever!
As you might remember from our mason jar days in 2018, we used to make a gin called “Pink Ginny.”
This gin is spring bloom in a bottle. It’s very floral and lemony, with a harmony of the classic gin botanicals.
Perfect for a G&T on the patio 😉🌺🍋
